As a host, you operate a site where satellite hardware is deployed. Your fleet operator invites you to their organization. You do not create a fleet yourself.
Joining a fleet
1. Get your invite link
Your operator sends you a link that looks like:
Open that link on the device you will use to sign in. Do not use the generic homepage sign-in without the link, or you may not be connected to the right fleet.
2. Sign in with Google
Tap Sign in with Google on the application page. Use the Google account you want associated with your host profile.
3. Complete the application
Fill in the form with your details: name, contact information, node location, and anything else your operator needs to review. Submit when finished.
Your status is Pending until the operator approves you.
4. Wait for approval
The operator reviews applications on their Users page. You will not see the host dashboard until you are approved.
If you have questions while waiting, contact your operator directly. Approval timing is up to them.
After you are approved
Once approved, sign in again (or refresh if already signed in). You are taken to your host dashboard.
Host dashboard
Here you can:
- See devices assigned to you
- View reward history and earnings tied to your sites
- Check device status for hardware at your location
Your operator assigns devices to you. If you expect a device but do not see it, ask them to assign it from their Users or Devices page.
Requesting a payout
When you are ready to be paid:
- Go to Payments in the host nav.
- Review your available earnings (your operator must sync monthly data first).
- Submit a payout request with the amount you want.
Your operator reviews requests on their Payments page and approves or rejects them. Approved payouts are processed according to your operator's payout setup.
What hosts cannot do
- Register new device serial numbers (operators do this)
- Approve other hosts or change fleet settings
- See other hosts' devices or earnings
If you need a device reassigned, a payout question answered, or access fixed, contact your operator.
Signing in again
Use the same Google account you applied with. If you bookmark the site, the homepage may redirect you to your dashboard once you are approved.
If your application was rejected, you will need to work with your operator. They control access to the fleet.
